Its murder putting on a new musical literally! Jessica Cranshaw, star of the new Broadway-bound musical Robbin Hood, has been murdered on stage on opening night! The entire cast and crew are suspects. Time to call in the local detective, Frank Cioffi, who just happens to be a huge musical theatre fan. Displaying up to 60 photographs taken by Liverpool City Police from 1940 1941, a free new photography exhibition at the Museum of Liverpool reveals the devastation the Blitz brought to the lives and city of Liverpool. Through personal accounts, this exhibition brings to life the impact of the war through the eyes of those directly affected by the bombings.

The West Lancashire Yacht Club 24 Hour Race, has always been more commonly known as the Southport 24 Hour Race. The 24 Hour Race is the premiere opportunity for Sailing Club teams from all over the world. The race is a national endurance race for classic sailing dinghies (Enterprise, GP14, Lark and Firefly) and is held yearly, attracting teams of all ages and ability, including Olimpic teams. The event can be watched for free on the banks of the Marine Lake, in Southport, Merseyside, England.
