Quick background to the three main websites that use audio.

Liverpool Reporter is our main user of music.  The online radio service went online in January 2003 and is designed to give exposure to acts of all sizes, ages, levels and styles of music, with a strong focus on bands who perform and/or come from the Merseyside area and surrounding areas, as our main concern.  But we will and do embrace bands and artists from all over the world, so please do not be put off and think we will disregard your submission.   One of the most important things to note is that we want to have work written by the artists them selves and not covers, unless you have written permission by the original/current owners of the copyright to that music, that you can use it!   But the idea of the station is to encourage and promote new work, not copies of old tracks...  The biggest bonus idea of this station is to have commercial free music play, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!

Southport Reporter is our flagship website.  It is widely recognised at the UK
