All
information and photographs on banners and on the advert pages are subject to approval, and if approved, but if/when
approved, they will be added within 7 UK working days!
Your advert will be listed and activated for 12
months as long as payments are kept up-to-date. If you do not
keep the payment you could/will loose your advert and listing
from this website.
The first payment of £60 GBP will be taken from
your Pay Pal account straight away. Then a recurring payment
will be deducted for another £60 GBP three months on with the
last payment of £60 GBP after a further three months. Please
not that recurring payments stop after the 3rd Payment.

full = £180 making it £60 recurring payment every 3 months
All
banners and advert text will subject to vetting through out the run
of your advert year.
No
banners allowed bigger than 40 bytes unless agreed by PCBT
Photography in written or email form in advance.
Any
banner that has links to or contains or is found to be, harmful,
misleading, offensive, containing pornography, tobacco
advertisement/s, firms found to be braking UK Advertising Standards
Authority (ASA), any adverts that go against the ruling by the UK
Director General of Fair Trading (at the OFT), under the Control of
Misleading Advertisements Regulations 1988, will be removed and no
refund will be given. A warning will only be issued at PCBT
Photography's digression before removal. If braking UK law we
will inform the authorities.

All
products and services must comply with UK trade rules. Any product
or service not found to be in compliance will be removed. No
refund will be given. A warning will only be issued at PCBT
Photography's digression, before removal of offending
banner/information.
ALL standard banners must be these dimensions:-
Width 468 pixels Height 60 pixels
All digital materials including digital photographs will be under
the data protection act and to be held by PCBT Photography.
Carrying an advertisement banner or
information on
this site does not mean you can say that you are our main sponsor.
If found to be doing so, you will be removed and
no
refund will be given.
If your business closes or you
cease trading, we will remove your advert, if we do not get
instructed by you to keep it online. No refund will be given.
This will keep our directory up-to-date and stop wasted advert
opportunities for trading businesses. A
warning
will only be issued at PCBT Photography by email or in written form
before action is taken if situation is unclear.
Eg:- shop carries closed down sign, but owner/s look
as if they have moved then last known contact email or address will
be contacted before action is taken.
Payments will only be refunded is
the advert was deemed unsuitable at time of first submission.
We will allow a few changes to be made if deemed appropriate by PCBT
Photography. No other refunds will be given.
PCBT photography reserves the right to change or
amend any of the terms and conditions at any time.
You only have four photographs on the advert page
if you selected to use the standard page advert. The advert
page text, links and other information will be
subject
to approval, like the banner advert. All four photos on a self
submit page must be no more than 300dpi and dimension no wider than
300 pixels.
