Banner Terms and
Conditions
All transactions are conducted under UK law.
By proceeding you agree to this fact.
All
Banners are subject to approval, and if approved they will be posted
within 7 UK working days.
All
banners must be to be paid in full before approval.
PCBT
Photography will request alterations on first submission might be
made if submission is found to contain, or link/links to, or is
found to be, or site is pointed to, contains links to, connected to,
harmful material as deemed in UK law, found or contains misleading
information, offensive material, containing pornography, tobacco
advertisement/s. Again no refund will be given if offending
material is not removed. If found at later time after approval, at
digression PCBT Photography, a warning might be issued with a clear
alteration time. If not done in that time it will be removal.
Again no refund will be given if not altered. If a criminal
act is apparent, the relevant authorities will be informed.
If
advert
is found to be braking UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA)
rules, any adverts that go against the ruling by the UK Director
General of Fair Trading (at the OFT) under the Control of Misleading
Advertisements Regulations 1988, will be removed and no refund will
be given. The relevant authorities will be informed

To
banners allowed bigger than 40 bytes, unless authorised in writing
or by email from PCBT Photography.
Adverts
sizes. ALL banners must be these dimensions:-
Width 468 pixels Height 60 pixels
All products and services advertised on our sites
must comply with UK trade rules. Any product or service not found
to be will be removed. No refund will be given. A warning will
only be issued at PCBT Photography's digression before removal.
All digital materials including digital photographs will be held
under the UK Data Protection Act and to be held by PCBT Photography.
